Loudoun Mains Country Club is an exclusive Members Only private club. It is family owned and run and consequently offers a very personal level of service to all members. We can offer tailor made personal programmes, fitness tests and full instruction on all equipment.

Cardiovascular Gym
With state-of-the-art equipment by Life Fitness, Precor and Concept 2 our fully equipped cardiovascular gym is vigilantly monitored by our aitnable staff. The fitness programmes available are ge.ired to all levels of fitness and each member is provided with their own schedule. Crosstraining, walking, running, cycling and rowing will keep your heart healthy and tone you up.
Resistance Gym
Fully equipped gymnasium with Pee-deck chest press, triceps extension, lateral pull down, quadextender. hamstring curl, incline/decline bench, ab cradles & free weights. The Power Plate trainer is an inovative addition to the club which allows fast and effective training in a fraction of the time taken to carry out normal muscle toning and strengthening. It allows deep muscle massage and assists stretches 10 fold. This vibration trainer is excellent for increasing circulation, metabolism and assisting the drainage of the lymphatic system (detox).
Heated Indoor Swimming Pool
Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise, whet.her it be energetic and fast or oomfortable and easy. ifs up to you and when you've finished why no1 relax in our sauna and enjoy the ambience. Sauna with rest room and shower Our genuine Finnish Sauna is one of the best ways to unwind and relax. Remember you don't have to use the gym to become healthier, a swim and a sauna can leave you feeling invigorated, refreshed and relaxed.

- 6 guest passes will be issued to each new full adult club member to allow them to bring family and friends free of charge to experience the peace and tranquility of Loudoun Mains country club.
